New at BUAK – Corporate Pension Insurance Fund (BVK)
Companies that are (newly) registered with BUAK and employ workers who are subject to the law on severance pay pursuant to BMSVG pay supplements to BUAK for severance pay.
The construction workers they employ automatically belong to BUAK Corporate Pension Insurance Fund (BUAK BVK).
No accession agreement with BUAK BVK is necessary for companies subject to BUAG.
